• We are thrilled to announce the official implementation of our Community Involvement Initiative at On The Spot. This marks a major milestone in our commitment to enriching our community and fostering a culture of philanthropy within our team.
• To solidify this commitment, we now require every manager at On The Spot to donate a minimum of 10 hours of their time each year to local organizations in need. This directive aims to amplify our impact on the community and instill a deeper sense of responsibility and engagement among our team.
